How to Return an Item

Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.

Our Sales Manager will issue a returns authorisation number by email. Goods cannot be returned without this number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your returns number clearly on the outer packaging, and post it to our warehouse address below.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days and notify you by email.
Please note: The original delivery cost is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in return transit.
