Installation Guide:

Tools Required

Step 1: Prepare the Space

1. Measure the Installation Area: Use a measuring tape to determine where you want the suspended rug display to hang. Ensure you have enough space for the track length (2m) and room for the rugs/tapestries.
2. Mark the Ceiling: Mark the locations where the ceiling hooks will be installed. For ceiling-to-floor mounting, measure from the ceiling to the desired floor height for a balanced, symmetrical display.

Step 2: Install the Ceiling Hooks

1. Drill Holes: Depending on your ceiling type (wood, concrete, or drywall), use the appropriate drill bit and anchors to secure the ceiling hooks.
2. Install Ceiling Hooks: Attach the ceiling hooks (provided in the kit) into the drilled holes, ensuring they are securely fastened. If you're using ceiling-to-floor cables, install the hooks on both the ceiling and the floor for maximum support.

Step 3: Attach Steel Cables to Ceiling Hooks

1. Thread the Steel Cables: Take the 4m steel cables and attach one end to the ceiling hooks. Make sure they are securely fastened with no slack.
2. Adjust Cable Length: If you’re using ceiling-only mounted cables, ensure the cables are adjusted to your desired hanging length before securing them in place.

Step 4: Mount the 2m P Rail Track

1. Prepare the P Rail: Choose your preferred color for the 2m P Rail (available in White, Silver, Black, Brown, or Gold).
2. Install Rail Supports: Attach the 3 rail supports (provided in the kit) to the ceiling or the wall. Make sure the supports are evenly spaced, with one positioned at each end and one in the middle for optimal stability.
3. Secure the P Rail: Attach the 2m P Rail to the rail supports. Ensure the rail is aligned properly and securely fixed in place.

Step 5: Attach the P Rail Hooks

1. Install P Rail Hooks: Attach the 3 P Rail Hooks to the P Rail, ensuring they are evenly spaced and ready for hanging.
2. Check Alignment: Use a level to confirm that the P Rail is straight and evenly positioned for an aesthetic and functional display.

Step 6: Prepare the Carpet Clamps

1. Attach the Carpet Clamps: Secure the 3 carpet clamps to the top edge of your rug or tapestry. Ensure the clamps are tightly fastened to prevent slipping.
2. Check Weight Distribution: Ensure that the carpet clamps can securely hold the weight of the rug (up to 40kg per meter).

Step 7: Hang the Rug

1. Hook the Carpet Clamps onto P Rail Hooks: Hang the carpet clamps, one at a time, from the P Rail Hooks. Ensure that each clamp is securely attached and the rug hangs evenly.
2. Adjust the Height: If necessary, adjust the cable or clamps to achieve the desired height and positioning for the rug.

Step 8: Final Check and Adjustments

1. Inspect the Installation: Check that all components (ceiling hooks, cables, rail supports, P Rail, and carpet clamps) are securely installed and the rug hangs properly.
